Learn to capture birds with pencil and paper in this hands-on workshop. Explore avian anatomy by drawing birds; discover step-by-step methods for developing bird sketches and master techniques for capturing feather textures and achieving greater accuracy. Discuss tips for field sketching, a particularly useful skill for birders and for those interested in keeping field notes or nature journals. All skill levels are welcome.
