Two-Session, Six Hour Course: November 16 and 23
9:30 am–12:30 pm
Join us for an observational drawing course in which we will explore the museum's zoological collections from a new perspective and connect to the natural world while developing drawing skills. This course will introduce basic techniques that you can continue to develop on your own. The first half of each classroom session will be spent on practicing techniques such as shading, working from general shapes to details, and capturing textures. The second half will be devoted to drawing animal specimens in the galleries, with support and feedback from the instructor.
