Exploring Science Together: Dinosaurs! (2015)

Come dig deeper and explore the fossil world of the dinosaurs! Discover what makes a dinosaur a dinosaur and participate in a “fossil dig” with real dinosaur fossils. Explore our amazing collection of vertebrate paleontology with fun gallery activities. Compare dinosaurs to live modern animals and learn how paleontologists know what a dino’s daily life was like. Learn about dinosaur trackways and even create your own to bring home! All activities are designed to be a fun and interactive experience for students grades K–5 to learn with their families.

$10 members/$20 nonmembers, per person, including admission to the museum. Participants are encouraged to come early or stay late and explore the museum before or after class. These programs are inappropriate for children under five years of age.
