Join us for our first Behind-the-Screens informal conversation with James Hanken about his experiences leading the Museum of Comparative Zoology (MCZ) over the past 18 years.

Natural history museums have never been more important to science and society than they are today. James Hanken will share three of his favorites from among the 21+ million specimens in the Harvard Museum of Comparative Zoology, and use them to illustrate the increasing value of museum collections and how new technologies applied to these specimens are enhancing our understanding of the natural world.

We encourage you to join us for this unique opportunity to meet and talk with Professor Hanken!
