Schedule a Class or Visit

As availability is limited, we recommend that programs be reserved as far in advance as possible.

Reservations Requests

Please complete the online Reservations Request Form to begin the reservations process. When the request has been reviewed, you will be contacted by the Education Department to complete the reservation. Registration for the 2020-2021 school year is now open.

Following a confirmed reservation, you will be emailed an invoice for your visit. Please review the information carefully, and be sure to contact us if anything is incorrect. The reservations desk can be reached at hmnhreserve@hmsc.harvard.edu or by leaving a voicemail message at 617-495-2341.

Payment Methods Credit cards are the preferred method of payment Purchase orders and checks may be accepted.

Financial Aid

Fee reductions available for schools with financial need. Please note if this may apply to your school in the comments/questions section of the Reservations Request Form.

Cambridge Public Schools are free.

Cancellations

Notify the Education Department immediately by email hmnhreserve@hmsc.harvard.edu. Groups cancelling within two weeks prior to a scheduled program will be charged the full program fee.
