As availability is limited, we recommend that programs be reserved as far in advance as possible. Groups that arrive at the museum for self-guided tours without reservations will not receive the group discount.
Please complete the online Reservations Request Form to begin the reservations process. When the request has been reviewed, you will be contacted by the Education Department to complete the reservation. Registration for the 2018-2019 school year is now open.
Following a confirmed reservation, you will be emailed a pricing estimate for your visit, as well information on group transportation and bus parking. Please review the information carefully, and be sure to call us if anything is incorrect.
The reservations desk is regularly staffed from 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday-Friday, and can be contacted by phone at (617) 495-2341 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Chaperones must stay with their students at all times and are responsible for the safety and proper conduct of the group. One adult is required and admitted free for every five students (grades K-8). Contact us about requirements for older students. Adults beyond the ratio are charged $10 each. Please note that reduced admission rates offered for library passes, membership, MTA or Harvard ID holders do not apply.
Your group may eat on the lawn in front of the museum. During inclement weather, groups may eat in our lobby area. Lobby space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, we do not have a snack bar or dining facilities.
The Shop at HMNH
The Shop at HMNH offers many interesting and educational items that can spark curiosity and extend the learning experience. Please have chaperones stay with students when visiting the shop.
