Schedule a Class or Visit

As availability is limited, we recommend that programs be reserved as far in advance as possible.

Reservations Requests

Please complete the online Reservations Request Form to begin the reservations process. When the request has been reviewed, you will be contacted by the Education Department to complete the reservation.

Following a confirmed reservation, you will be emailed an invoice for your visit. Please review the information carefully, and be sure to contact us if anything is incorrect. The reservations desk can be reached at hmnhreserve@hmsc.harvard.edu or by calling at 617-495-2341.

Payment Methods and Financial Aid

Payment is due on the day of the scheduled program, although payment in advance is recommended.

Payment Methods: Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Purchase orderns and checks are also accepted.

Fee reductions available for schools with financial need. Please note if this may apply to your school in the comments/questions section of the Reservations Request Form.

Cambridge Public Schools are free.

Cancellations

Notify the Education Department immediately by email hmnhreserve@hmsc.harvard.edu. Groups cancelling within two weeks prior to a scheduled program will be charged the full program fee.

Cancellation due to weather or school shut down/schedule change due to pandemic circumstances will not be penalized. We will make every attempt to reschedule.
